Discover a new breed of dinosaur millions of years old in Japan

TOKYO: Scientists have discovered a new breed of dinosaur in Japan that measures 24 feet in diameter and was found about 7 million years ago on the planet.Hokkaido University researcher Yoshitsugo Kobayashi, along with his team, discovered the largest dinosaur structure in Japan, according to research published in the scientific journal 'Scientific Reports'. Scientists found only the tailbone of this dinosaur in 2013, but after 4 years of hard work and excavation of adjacent areas, experts have now been able to discover an almost complete structure.

Japanese scientists claim that it is the largest dinosaur ever found in the country, measuring 8 meters (24 feet) long, while at the time of its death, it could have been 9 years old and between 4 and 5 tons. This dinosaur breed was a vegetarian and mostly liked to live on the beach. These dinosaurs lived on the planet 700 million years ago.
The team from Hokkaido University, which traced the dinosaur, named this generation of dinosaurs as 'Kamo-cross japonics', meaning 'Japanese dragon'. Japanese researchers are convinced that dinosaurs were once inhabited in their country, and now finding their remains will help to know the evolutionary process on the planet, there are important discoveries about Japan's history.
